Non-dairy creamer on vegetable basis, fat weight content from 42% up to 55 % (hereafter referred to as Non-dairy creamer) is produced from pasteurized lactic liquid whey and vegetable (palm or coconut) oil, including further heat-treating, condensation, homogenization and drying on spray drier, intended for food use.
